Dr Surman listened, was clear in his instructions and took my views into consideration - no sense of being rushed.
Only thing to be improved - the waiting time - around 45 - 50 minutes. Why not allot 15 mins per app

you need a waiting line on the telephone. I have rung 100+ times in the space of 30 minutes. Once I got through there were no appointments.

extremely good - all doctors have been empathetic, listen carefully and are not dismissive.
